If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery of your order. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number. Item(s) must be received in brand new condition including original packaging, parts and paperwork to be eligible for a Full refund.
Please be advised that buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses or can choose the added 20% label convenience fee option
We do not accept returns of used items or new items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) or Damaged/missing parts are NOT eligible for a refund.
Return Procedure
To get a RMA#, login to your account and click your order number in the Order Status Page. Click the "Return Items" link above the products you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown menu. Click "Submit" below.
We will call or email you within 1-2 business days with an RMA# and further instructions to process your return. Currently, Speed-Element Motorsports does not automatically generate RMA#s online.
Defective/Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or if you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
Please follow the procedure outlined above to obtain a prepaid shipping label and a RMA#. Ship the defective item with the original packaging, parts and paperwork to receive an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
Please follow the standard return procedure and place a new order for faster processing.
