If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery of your order. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number. Item(s) must be received in brand new condition including original packaging, parts and paperwork to be eligible for a full refund.
We do not accept returns of used items or new items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) are NOT eligible for a refund.
To get a RMA#, login to your account and click your order number in the Order Status Page. Click the "Return Items" link above the products you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown menu. Click "Submit" below.
We will call or email you within 1-2 business days with an RMA# and further instructions to process your return. Currently, Speed-Element Motorsports does not automatically generate RMA#s online.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or if you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
Please follow the procedure outlined above to obtain a prepaid shipping label and a RMA#. Ship the defective item with the original packaging, parts and paperwork to receive an exchange or refund.
Please follow the standard return procedure and place a new order for faster processing.
Speed-Element Motorsports does not reimburse for labor, installation or any other direct or indirect costs related to the parts under any circumstances.
