Q: How do I know a part is compatible with my car?

We try to be as specific as possible on the make, year, model and trim compatibility in our listings. If a sub-model or trim level is not explicitly listed in the item description, DO NOT assume it will fit. Please contact us and we can research if the part will fit your vehicle.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at (562)888-0188 or within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q: I received an error message when trying to place an order. Why do I have charges showing on my credit card?

If you did not receive an email confirmation, it means your order did not go through. Our order system authorizes the funds from your credit card when you place an order, so a temporary charge may show on the card. The funds will appear back in your account within 24 hours.

Common reasons are:

  • Shipping address does not match the billing address. If you require shipping to another address, please make a payment through Amazon Pay or Paypal. You can also contact your credit card company to add an address to your profile.
  • Misspelling in the billing address. The most common misspelling would be the difference between "1st" and "first" which are considered different words by credit card processors.
  • For large transactions, banks may require manual authorization. Please check your email or texts for communication regarding your order.


Q: Can I pick up an item?

Yes. We offer local pick-ups at our Santa Fe Springs location between 11 AM and 5 PM PST. We accept cash and credit cards.

Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: We use FedEx Ground for the contiguous 48 states and USPS for PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
