With the headers you won't have any problem with the fit now with the downpipe it may fit well or you have to cut it because the pipe is too long and you would have to weld to tie it to the other pipe or buy the Vibrant Stainless Steel Exhaust Sleeve Clamp to tie it with the other pipe, that's how I did it, I had to cut the downpipe because it was too long for me I hope this can help you, it worked perfectly for me, those are the 2 options you have with the downpipe, if it doesn't fit you perfectly, cut or weld!!!

2006-2007 for Impreza are but of a dead years. I would look into what you need to do to make work. I feel like it is flange flip possibly.
