Return & Refund Policy

SE Motors

At SE Motors, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in new condition with original packaging, parts, and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items without an RMA# or with damaged/missing components are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or may choose a 20% convenience fee for a prepaid label. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or installed items
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Order Status page.
  • Select your order, click Return Items, and choose a reason for the return.
  • Submit the request to receive your RMA# within 1-2 business days.

Note: SE Motors does not auto-generate RMA#s online.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SE Motors will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Please follow the standard return process to obtain the label and RMA#.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return using the procedure above and place a new order for quicker processing.

Important: SE Motors does not reimburse labor, installation, or any associated costs under any circumstances.
