Great customer service, but huge shipping issues
I keep getting email notifications to review this product but I still haven't received it for a variety of reasons. I ordered Jan 31st, it is now Feb 15th. I've had great communication with this company and gotten all of my questions answered, and I've gotten honest answers about why my order was delayed, so I do like and trust this company, but still there have been issues. First my order was created under the wrong shipping number, the next delay was due to it simply not making it onto the truck when it arrived (I assume forgotten, slipped through a crack, etc.), and finally today a delivery "attempt" was made but of course I work standard day job hours and was not available to sign for it. I didn't know or request that my order be shipped with a signature confirmation, as it's a pretty big hassle for me. I now have two options which are to take a day off of work to receive the package tomorrow, or pay an extra fee to have it delivered in the evening. Neither option sounds great. As far as the actual product, I'm sure it will arrive just fine. It's a cheap alloy, what else can I say. This site is the cheapest I could find, even cheaper than eBay sellers, so that's great. And again communication with the company has been top notch and completely transparent, so top marks for that. Great customer service, great price, but whoever's in charge of shipping needs to be replaced asap
