Sound quality is great. Hardware is very low quality, you'll want to go to a hardware store and get stuff that fits and won't strip under 20lbs of torque. You'll also either have to cut and re-weld or bend and bash the pipe where it's closest to the oil filter. Build quality is good, but the flex pipe is functionally useless. Overall I'd give it a 5/10.
Included hardware is kinda garbage and continues to loosen after tightening multiple times. The fitment wasn't great and required a lot of prying to bolt to the catalytic converter. Sounds pretty good aside from the exhaust leak clicking since the fit isn't right.
The fitment on a 04 2.5rs was decent. Unless you are super weak, u can get it in there with no leaks. the sound was great. It was paired with the tsudo catback and it rumbles at idle and really opens up when you go for it.
The sound it kind of muffled with the stock cats but still sounds great. I had to file down one of the holes in order to get one of the studs in. Also it is very close to the oil filter but I'm going to wrap it soon.

Yes it fit, but keep in mind you might need a smaller oil filter or oil relocator for more clearance.

It fit my 05 legacy which I believe has the same ej253 so it should bolt fine to the engine but just double check the outlet to your cats, compare each picture is what I did and it all fits and sounds great

Sounds like the headers would hit and would need a relocation kit. Especially when you put that it sits a little lower. We have install pictures up to give you better idea. It would either get in the way or get lucky and sit right next to it. I highly recommend a relocation kit for you.
I ordered these for my 2009 impreza 2.5i and they were direct bolt up I donâ€:tm:t know about a forester it should if itâ€:tm:s the 2.5i model since all the way to 2014 have the same engine

No, we believe the header coming out to downpipe is too short. Needs to be modified to fit.
Unsure. i would check the forums. I know we sold them to customers with same car, but since we have not test fitted. it is buy at your own risk. Also, if it does fit. please let us know. no one ever does lol
