Return Procedure (RMA Required)

To Start A Return, Request An RMA# By Submitting A Return Request Through Your Account Order Page Or Emailing sales@semotors.com. Returns Sent Without An RMA# Will Not Be Accepted.

  1. Photos Required: Please Provide Clear Photos Showing The Item Is Unused/Uninstalled And All Parts Are Included.

  2. Return Shipping: Buyers Are Responsible For Return Shipping. You May Use Your Own Prepaid Label Or Request A Label From Us With A 20% Label Convenience Fee.

  4. Send Tracking: Please Email The Carrier + Tracking Number So We Can Monitor Delivery.

  5. Condition Requirement: All Returns Must Be Received In Brand New Condition With Original Packaging, Parts, And Paperwork. If The Return Arrives Damaged Or Missing Parts, The Refund May Be Reduced Or Denied.

Packaging Tip: We Recommend Including All Original Packing Materials, Taping The Box Securely, And Adding Extra Padding To Prevent Shipping Damage.
