Tsudo Quad Tip Catback Exhaust Acura TL Type-S SE 2007-2008

Great quality aside from misaligned flanges

I’ve ordered catbacks from SE motors before and my first exhaust was great in terms of fitment and sound. One of the hangers broke after about a year but easily just welded it back. The exhaust I ordered for my 07 TL type S had updated hangers with more support, so that was great to see. It sounds great, only down side is that ironically the first section of piping did not line up with my catalytic converter in either of the 6 different possibilities it could’ve been installed. I was o Lu able to install it using an after market race pipe in substitution of the cat. for the flanges to align with the rest of the exhaust pieces.

These guys were great customer service great to deal with love my purchase also had a slight issue with one missing gasket. They took care of me, mailed it out quick I think I even got it. The next day would definitely recommend doing business with these guys to anybody and I will be a future customer to them

Was my solution

I had originally attempted to modify the stock exhaust on my tl but I couldn't get the mufflers I wanted due to fitment issues. So I put on what I could and tried about 4 combinations of mufflers and resonators but it just wasn't happening. I decided I may as well give this exhaust a try since I was already spending money and damn was it a good choice. The sound especially with a j pipe is fantastic, not too loud but way more than stock while being chill on the highway. Definitely a good choice if you are like me and want to have some fun but don't want to be obnoxious. Fitment wad good tho it did take some adjustments to get it to fit evenly out the back which BTW is one of the reasons I went with this exhaust due to having oem like tips instead of straight cut tips

Remove the titanium picture

The product has two photos displayed and one shows the titanium tips which does Not come with this package. Would have been better to have actual photos of products sold. However, exhaust arrived undamaged and decently packed. Kit is simple bolt on and fitment is minus 1 star as getting tips equal to body was a challenge due to bends.
