Great people to work with fast and they keep communicating regardless of issue or not
It’s just a little to tight to put on besides install it’s 100%
Ok so let me start off my review saying the customer service is top notch here at SE motors. I noted in my purchase notes that I heard about the other 2 customers that had purchased these headers and complained about the flex hose leaking. Knowing this was an issue they now are coming with straight pipe 304 stainless steel where the flex hose used to be. No leaks on my MY 14 2.0 Base Impreza with the SP2 exhaust system is sounds very nice and looks very sleek. Definitely adds some HP but without a pro tune or without tuning it myself using my OpenPort2.0 I cannot truly say how much it is. If I had to guess I'd say over 10hp due to it being a nice set of headers. Your car will run rich afr wise with both these installed so I'd highly recommend a tune to maximize the gains. I'll be shopping here in the future for exhaust systems. Serious bang for your buck!

Headers fit my 2015 Crosstrek perfectly. Only problem is that the flex pipe in the headers leak BADLY. I had really loud whistling and exhaust fumes in the car. I had to take them to a welder to get the flex pipe cut out and straight pipe welded in. If you buy these, expect to have to fix them before putting them on your car.

The header in the photo and title of the sales page makes you think that it's a 4-2-1 Equal Length Header. The header I received was not. The header I received was a 4-1 Unequal Length. I guess this will do, I just won't make the most horsepower. Plus the header on the photo does not show any flex piping. The one I got did. Steel braided flex piping is a hit or miss on headers in regards to small leaks. Fitment: The header fit perfectly without any issues. Spot on measurements!!! I bought stock gaskets and I'm glad I did. The Tsudo gaskets were actually really small to the point of the exhaust ports of the gasket were smaller than the exhaust hole on the flange. Sound and Performance: UEL Headers on Subaru's just sound really awesome!! Unfortunately, I have a whistle/hissing sound under load. I retightened all the exhaust bolts and header nuts and that didn't fix the sound. I took it for a 45-minute test drive and checked the header again. I could not see any carbon marks and again the bolts were all tight. I believe it's the flex piping they put on the long runners of the header. Can't say enough how much I hate steel braided flex piping on headers. I now need spend more money to get those replaced.
