Q: I can't find AFO/APO options in the order page.

A: AFO/APO addresses will require a custom quote and will need to be paid through PayPal. Please email us for a shipping quote to these locations.

Q: Do you ship international?

A: Currently we only ship to the Canada and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to any other locations besides the US and Canada.  Please email us for a shipping quote.

Q: How to I cancel my order?

Q: I tried to place an order, but all I got was an error message when I tried to confirm my order. Why do I have charges showing on my card?

A: Please be sure you are submitting the billing address on the credit card.

Our order system will authorize the funds from your credit card when you try to place an order, so a temporary charge may show on the card.
A vast majority of errors occur from an incorrect or a misspelling in the credit/check card billing address.  The most common misspelling would be the difference between "1st" and "first", which are considered different words by card processor.  Because of past fraud issues our online order system is very strict and we do not ship to any alternate addresses, no exceptions.

Q: It looks like the part might fit my car but it is not listed as compatible on the items page.

A: All the items we list try to be as specific as possible on the vehicle year, model, and sub-model.
If a sub-model or trim level is not explicitly listed in item description, DO NOT assume it will fit.
Please email us and we can try to research if the part will fit your application.

Q: Can you sponsor my vehicle?

A: At this time we do not sponsor vehicles in order to keep our prices low for all our customers.

Q: How can I ensure a wheel will fit my vehicle?

A: After you order, we will call you to verify your wheel matches your vehicle. Once everything is verified, we will ship your wheels to you.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: There are no shipping fees for the first 48 states. Anything outside please contact us with your name, address, phone number, email, and part number or title.

Q: Can I pick up an item?

A: Yes. We offer local pick-ups at our Santa Fe Springs location between 11am and 5pm. We accept both cash and cards. We also offer installs for local pick-ups at 13527 1/2 Alondra Blvd Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: We use FedEx Ground for first 48 states and USPS for PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, PO Box, APO, FPO.

Q: What are your Return/ Refund policy?

A: We accept returns as long as the part has not been used. We will also request photos of the item before we accept the return. You must cover the shipping costs to send the item back and we will send you a replacement part.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: We offer a Military discount of $10, as well as a discount for bundled orders.

Q: Do you have wholesale options?

A: No. We do offer a discount with bundled order.

Q: How long will it take my order to process and be shipped?

A: It will take 24-48 hours for your order to process and then 3-5 business for you to receive it.
