This warranty does not apply to any wheel which has been improperly maintained, installed, altered, subjected to misuse, neglect, off-road use, or damaged from accidents, road hazards, or other external sources. Shipping charges, labor costs, accessories, or any additional costs associated with the replacement or repair are not covered by this warranty.
